A company’s Support team works in Zendesk but their Dev team works in Wrike. The Dev team does not always know when a support issue is opened. Creating new tasks in Wrike often involves a manual process after the Support team sends a message to the Dev team.
For all new tickets in Zendesk create a new task in Wrike. This speeds up the process and reduces the error-prone manual re-entry of information.
