Problem

When an important event is added to Salesforce, we want to make sure that it is also posted to the team calendar. We need a way to keep Salesforce and Google Calendar in sync without implementing a manual and time consuming process.

Solution

We can create a FLO that monitors Salesforce for new events then creates an equivalent event in Google Calendar with all of the necessary information.

You can switch the Trello connector to any other ticketing/project management software. Additionally, you can alter what information ends up in your Trello card’s description field as needed.
