What is a FLO?
A FLO is a workflow built on Azuqua. Each FLO has one event that starts it and can perform any number of tasks.
For example you can build a FLO to ensure that hot leads don’t start slipping away. This FLO would monitor the lead in Marketo and once the lead score hits your predefined “Hot” threshold, the FLO will kick off and look inside your Salesforce to find the right sales rep in the right territory, assign the lead to them and then send them a slack message notifying them of the assignment. You can also choose to notify the manager at different thresholds if the lead is not followed up on time.
Azuqua does not limit the number of Executions or records that pass through a FLO, as long as fair usage is conducted.
