Azuqua Assist is a personalized, continuous enablement program designed to help you and your team maximize your investment in Azuqua. New feature enablementWe release updates to the Azuqua platform on an ongoing basis, but you might choose to put them to work at a later date. When you’re ready, we’ll make sure the new capabilities are properly configured, and we’ll get your team fully trained on how to use them.
Flo updatesBusiness requirements can change over time, and sometimes you have to accomodate for that in your integrations. We conduct regular audits of your FLOs to ensure full compliance with your working environment, including review and modifications of your existing configurations.
Re-trainingWe’re committed to making sure your team is always properly trained on how to use Azuqua. This includes training for new team members, and periodic re-training for existing members who just need a refresher.
Design deskAzuqua Design Desk delivers practical 1-on-1 sessions with an Azuqua expert. Azuqua Assist customers will have a set number of sessions per month per user. Our experts can advise you on a variety of different topics, including:
• FLO Design and Implementation
• New Use Case Exploration
• Setting up workflows with new applications
• Azuqua best practices, tips, & tricks
• Troubleshooting specific issues
Bi-annual business reviewTwice a year we’ll conduct an in-depth business review to make sure that Azuqua is fully supporting your team’s goals and objectives. We’ll identify opportunities to deliver more value and develop an actionable plan to get you there.
FLO audit & configuration reviewUsually part of the bi-annual business review, we will perform a FLO audit, looking closely at how your FLOs are configured to make sure they are doing exactly what you need and that you are optimizing your plan. For example, if you are doing with three FLOs what you could do with two, we will guide you on making the appropriate changes.
Named customer success managerA dedicated CSM who is personally responsible for all your Azuqua needs and requests.
Priority technical supportAs an Azuqua Assist customer, you get priority service from our technical support team for non-critical bugs or issues. This includes extended hours of access to our technical support team. See table below for details.
